Delivery Information
Each piece of jewellery bought from our web-site is specially hand-made when you order. As a result of this, please allow a possible 2 - 3 weeks from placing your order, to your jewellery being dispatched.
Our 18ct solid gold jewellery will take slightly longer to make so delivery times will be 4 - 6 weeks.
UK Delivery - Delivery costs £6.00 per order. Once your order is finished and ready to dispatch, it will be sent via a secure, next day delivery service.
International Delivery - Once your order is finished and ready to dispatch, it will be sent by a secure international delivery service.
Non EU orders are exclusive of VAT (20%). This is removed from your order at the checkout.
*Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination, are the responsibility of the customer.*
Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email, with a tracking number and details of how to track your parcel.
Most of the time your orders are dispatched in a few days. But if you have left it a bit late and need something sooner, or by a specific date, then add a little note to your order in the comments box at the checkout. ONLINE REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you are for any reason not entirely satisfied with your purchase at AlexMonroe.com we are happy to offer a 14 day refund and exchange policy.
Our terms are:
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of the date shown on your order dispatch confirmation email in the condition it was sold. Therefore undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging along with your original order number - only then will we be happy to issue a refund.
Please note that Earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons. We are unable to refund or exchange any earrings purchased at Alex Monroe Ltd.
Also exempt from any refund or exchange are Bespoke or Made To Order items or jewellery altered to a customer request.
Alex Monroe Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We recommend you return items via an insured and reliable postal service, for example Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Postage cost will not be refunded. Exchanges are of course possible within the terms explained above.
Your refund will be issued within 15 days to the payment method used in your original purchase
In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact our customer services department on +44 (0)20 3117 0640 or email info@alexmonroe.com so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact customer services immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs of postage to return the goods and issue a re-delivery.

Goods returned without a receipt or unwanted gifts may be exchanged but only if returned within the terms of our returns policy as outlined above and with the approval of the store manager. Please note no refund can be given on goods without a receipt or an unwanted gift.
ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel an order placed at alexmonroe.com please return the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order by email to: info@alexmonroe.com or phone our customer service team on +44 (0)20 3117 0640.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it therefore request that you return the parcel for a refund.
The above does not affect your statutory rights.
