Delivery Information 

UK Delivery - Delivery costs £6.00 per order and is for a ‘Special Delivery’ service.

International Delivery - Delivery costs £8.00 per order, and the parcel will be sent ‘International Signed For’.

We make all jewellery to order, so your piece will be sent within 2 - 3 weeks from the time of ordering. Your parcel will require a signature on receipt.

All payments must be received and authorised before shipment.

Each piece of jewellery bought from our web-site is specially hand-made when you order. As a result of this, please allow a possible 2 - 3 weeks from placing your order to receipt of your jewellery.

Most of the time your orders are dispatched in a few days. But if you have left it a bit late and need something sooner, or by a specific date, then add a little note to your order. For real emergencies why not give us a call (we've got more than one husband out of a sticky situation!)

We always use Royal Mail Special Next-Day service to deliver our orders, this is very secure and will require someone to sign for your parcel. The afternoon before your parcel is due to be delivered you will receive a Dispatch Notification via e-mail (this way you'll know when to look out for the postman!) As we all know, Royal Mail are struggling to cope with their usual deliveries during this period of strike action. I have been assured that their Special Delivery service has the highest priority and should be running as normal. We have not noticed any severe delays so far, but don't panic if your parcel is a day late.
