Delivery Information

UK Delivery - Delivery costs £6.00 per order and is for a ‘Special Delivery’ service.

International Delivery - Delivery costs £8.00 per order, and the parcel will be sent ‘International Signed For’.

Each piece of jewellery bought from our web-site is specially hand-made when you order. As a result of this, please allow a possible 2 - 3 weeks from placing your order to receipt of your jewellery.  Our 18ct solid gold jewellery may take slightly longer to make - up to 4 weeks.

Most of the time your orders are dispatched in a few days. But if you have left it a bit late and need something sooner, or by a specific date, then add a little note to your order. For real emergencies why not give us a call (we've got more than one husband out of a sticky situation!)

We always use Royal Mail Special Next-Day service to deliver our orders, this is very secure and will require someone to sign for your parcel. The afternoon before your parcel is due to be delivered you will receive a Dispatch Notification via e-mail (this way you'll know when to look out for the postman!)
