Our London jewellery shops give you the time and space to explore the craftsmanship behind each piece and find a design that feels right for you. Both carry a broad selection of Alex Monroe jewellery. This includes our much-loved nature-inspired necklaces, earrings, bracelets and rings, alongside fine jewellery, wedding and engagement designs and pieces created for gifting.

As availability can vary between locations, please contact the relevant boutique before travelling if you would like to see a particular design, size or collection.

An Alex Monroe Personal Shopping Appointment allows you to take your time getting to know our jewellery better, with one-to-one support from a member of our brilliant Customer Care team.

Whether you are looking to discover our selection of engagement rings and wedding bands, choose a meaningful gift or find out more about any Alex Monroe pieces that have caught your eye, our team can guide you through the collection in a relaxed setting.

Appointments also give you an opportunity to compare designs, discuss sizing and styling, and ask questions about materials, gemstones and caring for your chosen jewellery.

Add a touch of colour and sparkle to your Alex Monroe necklace or bracelet. Our boutiques offer a choice of briolette and set gemstone charm additions, with a rainbow of options to choose from.

Our team can help you consider different colours and placements to find a combination that complements your jewellery and gives it a more personal finish.

The majority of our necklaces come with our signature 16–18-inch adjustable chain. However, we offer a variety of longer fixed chain lengths of up to 24 inches, which are available to try on in-store.

Trying different lengths allows you to decide which sits most comfortably, suits the neckline you wear most often or works best when layering your necklaces to create your own unique style.

If you have a much-loved piece of Alex Monroe jewellery in need of a little TLC to bring it back to its sparkling best, you can drop it off at either of our London boutiques.

A member of our retail team will assess and process your repair and ensure it is delivered safely to our workshop. From reattaching jump rings to a silver dip, there are even a few quick repairs we can complete in our boutiques on the spot.
