Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Alex Monroe Gift Vouchers expire one year from the date of purchase.
2. Gift Vouchers can be used as full or partial payment for any purchase and do not have to be used entirely in one purchase.
3. Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
4. Items purchased using a Gift Voucher and then returned to us will have the value refunded by issuing of a new Gift Voucher.
5. Promotional codes cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.
6. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed via our Bespoke Jewellery service.
7. Only valid for redemption at www.alexmonroe.com or in an Alex Monroe Boutique.
