Tools Down for Christmas
Please bear with us during this busy period as orders may take a little longer to process. Our Web and Dispatch team are taking a well earned break over Christmas and will be back on hand from the 29th December, during this period we are advising all orders will be shipped 2-5 working days after being placed. Please note we are now unable to offer Next Day Delivery until 3rd January 2023 and click and collect orders will be available to collect from 4th January 2023.
Royal Mail Postal Strikes
Due to planned Royal Mail postal strikes, some of our delivery times will likely be impacted over the coming weeks. We are encouraging our customers to shop earlier to ensure Christmas delivery and avoid disappointment. Our busy team will still be buzzing away dispatching orders after our advised dates and throughout the Christmas & New Year period.
We cannot make guarantees at this time however we are making every effort to ensure you receive your order in time for Christmas. We are upgrading all Free UK Delivery orders from Tracked 48 to the faster Tracked 24 service and where possible we are upgrading Next Day Delivery orders placed on strike days to alternative couriers to minimise delays. Despite this, please note that we cannot be held responsible for events outside our control.

Made to Order
Our Christmas delivery date of any items currently not in stock and listed as ‘Made to Order’ has now passed. However, if you require an item before Christmas, please do check the availability in our London Boutiques from the drop down on the product page or contact our Customer Care team and we would be happy to help.

Delivery times are for In Stock items only.
If your order contains multiple items of which at least one is Made to Order, then we will only dispatch the order once all items are ready.
We only post orders on weekdays, so all orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
All deliveries are tracked.
UK Public Holidays will affect delivery dates. We are unable to deliver on a Bank Holiday.
Your jewellery will come carefully packaged in a branded jewellery gift box.
Delivery costs £10.00 per order. We use Royal Mail International Mail services.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 -3 working days, with estimated delivery times between 3-10 working days from the date of dispatch.
* Please note that delivery times are dependant on the stock availability of your item. Estimated delivery times will be shown clearly at the checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Your parcel will need a signature on arrival, so unfortunately we cannot send to an unmanned PO BOX.
Whilst we are able to ship globally, please be aware that with local Covid-19 regulations, and changes within the EU following Brexit, we are currently experiencing delays with Royal Mail.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect from our two London Boutiques is available for all online orders and takes around 1-2 days. Select the 'Click & Collect' option at the online Checkout page and a member of our Boutique team will contact you once your order is ready to collect in-store.
For all EU Customers:
Now the UK has left the EU, please note there has been a significant change in the way taxes are handled for our EU customers.
We will no longer charge VAT (UK tax at 20%) on your purchase.
Instead you will need to pay the relevant domestic VAT / tax rate, applicable customs, plus your local authority's handling charge when your item arrives.
Unfortunately we cannot offer guidance on what the domestic charge will be at this time, as it varies across the EU.

Australia, New Zealand and South Africa
When shipping to these countries we are now only able to do so via a courier service as Royal Mail are unable to guarantee safe delivery of your order.
How your order will arrive
Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded peel and seal external box.
Jewellery is packaged in an Alex Monroe branded jewellery box.
All gift vouchers will be sent in a rigid envelope to help prevent damage whilst in transit.
Books will be sent in protective cardboard wrap packaging to help prevent damage whilst in transit.
All orders being dispatched to the EU are inclusive of VAT (20%).
Non EU orders are exclusive of VAT (20%). This is removed from your order at the checkout.
