Last Order Dates for Christmas

When placing an order to arrive in time for Christmas, please be aware of our last order dates below.

Any orders placed after these dates will most likely not arrive until the beginning of January 2019.

Every piece of Alex Monroe jewellery is lovingly hand made in London by a team of highly skilled jewellers. 

The availability of each product is displayed on the product page once you have selected any product options including metal colour or ring size.

In Stock items are available for immediate dispatch.

If an item is listed as Made to Order then we will need to hand make this for you specially in our London workshop so please be aware of the following lead times:

• For silver, gold plated or rose gold plated items please allow up to 3 weeks for our jewellers to finish your item before it is ready to be dispatched for delivery.

• For 18ct yellow gold, 18ct rose gold18ct white gold or platinum fine jewellery, please allow up to 6 weeks for our jewellers to finish your item before it is ready to be dispatched for delivery.

 

UK Delivery

Express Next Day Delivery £10 Next Working Day Order before 1pm (BST)

 

• Delivery times are for in stock items only.

• Next Day Delivery is for working days only.

• For Next Day Delivery, your order must be placed before 1pm (BST). For example to receive an order on a Tuesday please place your order on the Monday before 1pm (BST). For Monday delivery an order will need to be placed on Friday before 1pm (BST). If your order is placed after 1pm (BST) then it will be dispatched the next working day.

• All deliveries are tracked. Express services must be signed for.

• UK Public Holidays will affect delivery dates. We are unable to delivery on a Bank Holiday.

• Your jewellery will come carefully packaged in a branded jewellery gift box.

 

International Delivery    

Delivery costs £10.00 per order. We use Royal Mail International Mail services. Delivery times are estimated between 3-10 working days from the date of dispatch

* Please note that delivery times are dependant on the stock availability of your item. Estimated delivery times will be shown clearly at the checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 

Your parcel will need a signature on arrival, so unfortunately we cannot send to an unmanned PO BOX.*

Australia and New Zealand

When shipping to these countries we are now only able to do so via a courier service as Royal Mail are unable to guarantee safe delivery of your order.

This is in part due to the increasing strictness of the customs offices that your order must be processed through when it enters the country.
  

How your order will arrive    

Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external envelope.

Jewellery is packaged in an Alex Monroe jewellery box, which is packaged in a protective external box.

All gift vouchers will be sent in a rigid envelope to help prevent damage whilst in transit.

Books will be sent in protective cardboard wrap packaging to help prevent damage whilst in transit.

 

All orders being dispatched to the EU are inclusive of VAT (20%).

Non EU orders are exclusive of VAT (20%). This is removed from your order at the checkout.

*Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination, are the responsibility of the customer.* 

Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email, with a tracking number and details of how to track your parcel.
